Marc is very good at what he does and he is open person, honest and professional I have dealt with him for more than 6 years where he use to work I was a tenant before I bought my property. I recently approach him to find rental property for a family member and he was very helpful all i can say he is not like other real estate agent workers who don’t have a clue what they doing thanks Marc for helping my cousin.

Marc is an outstanding property manager. He is very professional in all correspondence and deals promptly with any repair or maintenance issues. When it came time to end the lease, Marc was helpful and courteous.
From the beginning of our lease Marc has been really good. The fact that he only leases properties and is not selling means that you get a property manager who isnt just some junior real estate agent who is waiting to start selling properties.
Marc was able to negotiate a cheaper rent from the landlord, and was efficient at the beginning of our lease. When we have had issues we have been able to email him and receive a proper response. We were also given the landlords contact details so we could contact him ourselves if need be.
Sure, we haven’t really had any inspections over the 3 years we have been leasing, but I have put it down to the fact that both the landlord and the property manager know we are looking after the place.
Compared to previous real estate agencies and dealings I’ve had with other agents things have been really easy renting through lease a property.
